Research Assistant Opportunities

Volunteer to be part of the DREAM Team Heading link

Students have the opportunity to volunteer on the DREAM Research Team. This is an excellent way to gain research skills, network with graduate students and faculty, and do community-engaged work. Research Assistants (RAs) are carefully selected, trained, supported, and contribute to the success of our lab. Below is a list of specific criteria for volunteer research assistants on our team and corresponding application/contact information.

  • 6-12 hours of availability per week (if you would like course credit, then 8-12 hours/week is required)
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Commit to volunteer on the team for at least 2 semesters
  • Be detailed oriented, organized, and professional
  • Interest in research topics examined by the DREAM Research Team (e.g., mentoring, racial and social justice, youth of color)

Opportunities for paid Research Assistant work may be available in the future.
